How long does delivery take across India?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad) typically receive orders in 3–5 business days. Tier-2/3 cities take 5–7 business days. Custom-printed cases add 24–48 hours for printing before they ship. We use Shiprocket as our logistics partner and you get a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India for orders up to ₹2,000. To reduce fraud and last-mile refusals we verify your phone number with a one-time OTP before confirming a COD order. Custom-printed products (uploaded photo cases) require a small advance because they cannot be resold if refused.
What is your return and refund policy?
You can return any non-custom product within 7 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, defective or you received the wrong item. Start a return from My Orders → Return — upload one photo of the issue and we arrange a free reverse pickup within 48 hours. Refunds land in 5–7 business days to the original payment method, or to a UPI ID you provide for COD orders. Custom-printed products are non-returnable unless defective on arrival.
Are the products original and good quality?
Every case, skin and glass protector is made in our own Surat workshop. We use premium polycarbonate / TPU shells, UV-cured printing for vibrant photo-grade colour, 9H tempered glass with oleophobic coating for screen protectors, and original imported MagSafe magnet rings where listed. Every batch is QC-tested for camera-bump alignment, button clearance and finish before it ships.
Can I customise a case with my own photo?
Yes. Open /custom-case, pick the case type (3D wrap, glass-back or metal-TPU), select your phone model, then upload your photo — drag and scale until it fits inside the case outline. Preview is exact: what you see is what gets printed. Custom orders dispatch in 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Resolution: 1500×3000 px or higher gives the cleanest print.
Do you ship to my city / pincode?
We ship to 24,000+ pincodes pan-India through Shiprocket. At checkout the address form does a pincode lookup — if it’s serviceable, you proceed; if it isn’t, we’ll show you when service is expected to extend to your area. A handful of remote pincodes are prepaid-only because COD logistics aren’t economical there yet.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an order-confirmation message on WhatsApp and email within minutes of placing the order. Once it’s dispatched (within 24 hours for in-stock items, 1–2 business days for custom prints) you get a tracking link from Shiprocket. You can also see live status under My Orders → Track.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking (50+ banks), digital wallets, EMI on supported cards, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed by Razorpay over a PCI-DSS-compliant gateway — we never see or store your card details.
Are bulk / corporate orders available?
Yes — for 100+ units we offer volume pricing, custom co-branding, and dedicated dispatch. Email support@mymalls.in with your quantity, phone-model list and the artwork or logo you want printed. We’ll send a quote within one business day. Common use-cases: employee onboarding kits, conference giveaways, retail packs, B2B reseller orders.
What if my case doesn’t fit my phone model?
Fit is the most common cause of dissatisfaction with online phone accessories, so we treat it as a defect: if the cutouts or button alignment don’t match your phone we’ll send a replacement or full refund at our cost — no questions asked. Just include a photo of the case on your phone showing the issue when you start the return.
How do I apply a mobile skin without bubbles?
Clean your phone with the included alcohol wipe and let it dry for 2 minutes. Peel the skin from one edge and lay it down slowly using the included squeegee, pushing air outwards from the centre. Don’t pull or stretch — let the skin do the work. Watch our 60-second install reel pinned on Instagram @mymalls.in. If you do trap a bubble, you can lift and reposition within the first 60 seconds.
Will the tempered glass affect my screen’s touch sensitivity?
No. Our tempered glass is 0.33 mm thick with a high-touch-sensitivity coating — your screen responds exactly the way it does without it. Fingerprint readers (in-display) work normally. Face ID and notch sensors are fully cut out. We test every batch on the actual device before stocking it.
Do you have a warranty?
All products carry a 30-day manufacturing-defect warranty from the date of delivery (yellowing, print fade, frame separation, magnet failure on MagSafe cases). Drop damage and accidental damage are not covered. If you spot a defect, raise a return from My Orders within the window and we’ll replace it free of charge.
How do I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled from My Orders any time before they’re marked “Dispatched” — usually within the first few hours after you place the order. Custom-printed orders can be cancelled only before the print job starts (typically the first 30 minutes). Once dispatched, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then start a return.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order is still in “Confirmed” status (before dispatch). Go to My Orders → Edit Address. Once the order is handed to the courier we can’t change the address, but you can usually request a re-delivery directly with the courier using the tracking link.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest standard for handling card data. Card numbers, CVVs and UPI PINs never touch our servers. We only store the order amount and a one-way payment reference. The site itself runs on HTTPS with strict transport security.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently ship within India only. International shipping is on the roadmap for late 2026. If you’re abroad and want to send a phone case to a friend or family in India, you can ship to any Indian address from the international payment cards we support.
How long does a custom case take to print?
Print itself takes 30–45 minutes per case. We batch jobs through the day, so on average a custom order is print-complete within 12 hours of confirmation and ships the next morning. Total time from order to delivery for a custom case: 4–7 days depending on your city.
Which phone models do you support?
We cover 800+ models across Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, OnePlus, Xiaomi/Redmi, Vivo, Oppo, Realme, Motorola, Nothing and more. Use the brand picker on the homepage or any product page — if your model is listed, we have at least one case for it. New models are added within 14 days of their India launch.
