By accessing or buying from https://mymalls.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. Anyone under 18 must use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who is then responsible for the order and payment.
By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mymalls.in of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe have been used fraudulently.
All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of 18% GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Shipping is charged per the Shipping Policy.
We may change prices and product specifications at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.
Cases and skins printed with your uploaded artwork are produced on demand and are non-returnable except where the item arrives defective or where the design printed does not match the approved preview. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce your uploaded artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order; you remain the owner of the artwork.
All site content, logos, photography, product designs and code are the property of MyMalls.in or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act 1957, the Trade Marks Act 1999 and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without prior written permission.
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government action, strikes, internet outages, courier disruption, or electricity grid failures. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise impact and keep you informed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the site or our products is capped at the total amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill or data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyMalls.in, its officers, employees and agents, from any claim, demand or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or any artwork you upload that infringes a third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall first be attempted to be resolved in good faith through written correspondence. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Surat, Gujarat under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement, conducted in English. The courts at Surat, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to the arbitration provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy linked from the footer, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of https://mymalls.in.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
