Login, pick the order, choose a reason and upload up to three photos. We arrange reverse pickup within 48 hours.
Start a returnNon-custom products (designer cases, skins, tempered glass, camera protectors) are returnable within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective or you received the wrong item. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Custom-printed cases (uploaded photo or template design tied to your phone) are made-to-order and are non-returnable except where:
In those cases we replace the item free of charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
We arrange free reverse pickup through Shiprocket within 48 hours of your return being approved. You don't need to ship anything yourself. Keep the item in its original packaging until the courier arrives.
If you'd prefer to swap for a different design or product of the same value, just select “Exchange” instead of “Refund” when starting the return. We'll ship the replacement once we receive the original.
If your package arrived visibly damaged, please take a photo before opening if possible, then start a return within 48 hours of delivery. We replace transit-damaged items at our cost.
For orders with multiple items, we can refund only the items being returned. The rest of the order stands. Coupon discounts apply pro rata.
