Some service providers (Meta, Google, Cloudflare) may process data in other jurisdictions approved by the Government of India for transfer under section 16 of the DPDP Act. Where transfer occurs, it is governed by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact privacy@mymalls.in and we will delete it.
